JBA Property Group was founded right here in the Branson area by Jamie and Bradley Allbritton — a husband and wife team who know firsthand what it takes to travel with little ones. After years of managing short-term rental properties in the Ozarks, we saw the same thing over and over: families arriving stressed, overpacked, and worn out — all because they had to haul every piece of baby gear across the state.

So we decided to fix that.

Our baby gear rental service was built from the ground up to make family travel easier. Every item in our inventory is hand-selected for safety, comfort, and quality. Every rental goes through a thorough cleaning and safety inspection before it reaches your hands. And every delivery is handled personally by our local team — not shipped in a box or left on a porch.

We're based in Kirbyville, Missouri and proudly serve the entire Branson area, including Table Rock Lake, Hollister, Branson West, and surrounding communities.
