Cleaning & Sanitation Standards
Clean Enough for the Most Important People in Your Life
When it comes to your baby, "good enough" isn't good enough. Every single item in our inventory goes through a thorough, multi-step cleaning and sanitization process between every rental — no exceptions.
Our Cleaning Process:
Step 1: Inspection Every item is inspected for damage, wear, or anything that would prevent it from being safe or clean before it goes through the cleaning process.
Step 2: Disassembly Items are fully disassembled where applicable — high chair straps, crib hardware, stroller harnesses, bath items — everything that can come apart, does.
Step 3: Washing All fabric components (sheets, liners, inserts, harness straps) are machine washed with fragrance-free, baby-safe detergent. Hard surfaces are scrubbed by hand.
Step 4: Sanitization All surfaces are sanitized with EPA-registered, baby-safe sanitizing products that are effective against bacteria and viruses.
Step 5: Drying & Reassembly Items are fully dried before reassembly. Fabric items are dried on low heat or air dried to prevent shrinkage and preserve integrity.
Step 6: Final Inspection Every item is re-inspected after cleaning to confirm it's ready for your family.
What We Use: We use fragrance-free, dye-free, hypoallergenic cleaning products that are safe for babies and toddlers. We do not use bleach on any fabric components.
