Damage & Liability Policy

Straightforward. Fair. No Surprises.

Normal Wear: We expect normal wear and use of our gear and do not charge for it. Things like minor scuffs on a stroller frame or light fading on a high chair tray are expected and covered.

Chargeable Damage: The following types of damage may result in charges:

  • Broken or bent frames on strollers, cribs, or high chairs
  • Missing hardware or components
  • Torn, stained, or damaged fabric components beyond normal use
  • Cracked or broken plastic parts
  • Any damage that renders the item unusable for future rentals

How Damage Is Assessed: If we identify damage upon pickup, we will contact you within 24 hours with photos and a description of the damage. You will have an opportunity to respond before any charge is processed.

Maximum Charge: Damage charges will not exceed the full replacement cost of the item. We will always provide documentation of the damage and replacement cost if requested.

Liability: Our gear is maintained to current safety standards, but we are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow age/weight guidelines, or improper installation. Always follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines provided with your rental.
