How Delivery Works:

• We coordinate with you or your property host to arrange access
• Gear is brought inside and set up upon request at no extra charge
• We confirm delivery via text so you know everything is ready

How Pickup Works:

• We schedule pickup after your checkout time
• Simply leave the gear at the property — no need to be present
• We coordinate directly with STR hosts for properties where we have a standing arrangement
