Booking & Delivery
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours before your arrival to guarantee your gear is available. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — call or text us directly for same-day or next-day needs. Availability not guaranteed.
Do you deliver to all areas of Branson? We serve the entire greater Branson area, including Hollister, Branson West, Kirbyville, Table Rock Lake, Reeds Spring, and more. See our Service Area page for a complete list. If you're not sure, just ask.
Can you deliver directly to my Airbnb or VRBO? Absolutely — that's our most common delivery situation. We coordinate with you and/or your host to make sure everything is in place before you arrive.
What if I arrive and my gear isn't there? Call or text us immediately. We will resolve the situation the same day, guaranteed.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup? Not necessarily. We can coordinate with your property host for access and handle pickup after your checkout time without you needing to be there.
Gear & Safety
Is the gear safe? Yes. All gear meets current CPSC safety standards and is inspected before every rental. We also check every item against the current recall database before it goes out.
How is the gear cleaned? Every item is fully cleaned and sanitized between rentals using baby-safe, fragrance-free products. See our full Cleaning & Sanitization Standards page for details.
Can I request a specific brand or model? You can note a preference when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate. We can't guarantee specific models, but we'll always let you know what we're bringing before delivery.
Pricing & Payment
How do I pay? We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of booking.
Are there any hidden fees? No. Our pricing is transparent. Delivery and pickup are included on orders over our minimum. Any applicable delivery fee is shown clearly before you complete your booking.
What if I need to extend my rental? Just contact us as soon as you know. We'll check availability and extend your rental if possible, billed at the same nightly rate.
