Common Issues & Quick Fixes:

• Pack 'n Play won't lock flat: Check that the center floor panel is fully pushed down before folding the sides in. Call us if you can't get it locked.
• High chair tray won't attach: Make sure the tray is aligned with the slots on both sides before pressing down. Call us for help.
• Stroller wheel won't turn freely: Check for debris caught in the wheel housing. Call us if it persists.
