Our Rental Agreement
By completing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms. We've written these in plain language on purpose — no legalese, no surprises.
The Basics:
- All gear is rented for the dates specified in your booking confirmation.
- Rentals begin at your requested delivery time and end at your scheduled pickup time.
- You are responsible for the gear during your rental period.
Condition of Gear: All gear is delivered clean, sanitized, and in proper working order. If anything seems off when you receive your gear, contact us immediately and we will address it the same day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Use all gear only for its intended purpose and within the age/weight guidelines provided.
- Do not attempt to repair or modify any rental item.
- Keep gear inside the rental property or within reasonable reach of the delivery address.
- Contact us immediately if any gear is damaged, broken, or behaves unexpectedly.
Damage: Normal wear is expected and covered. Damage beyond normal wear — including broken hardware, torn fabric, missing parts, or damage caused by misuse — will be assessed and billed at our discretion. We will contact you before charging for any damage.
Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen gear will be billed at full replacement cost.
Extensions: Need your gear for longer than planned? Contact us and we'll do our best to extend your rental, subject to availability.
